PART 1 — INTRODUCTION, PURPOSE & DEFINITIONS
1.0 PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY
This Policy & Procedures Manual (“Policy”) defines the legal, ethical, commercial, and operational framework governing the activities of:
- KK LABS (“the Company”)
- KK LABS Business Owners (“KBOs”)
- Customers
- Partners and resellers
- Any individual or entity interacting with the KK LABS ecosystem
This document ensures:
- Compliance with United Arab Emirates laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- UAE Consumer Protection Law
- Dubai DED Commercial Regulations
- UAE Federal Law on E-commerce and Transactions
- UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) Framework
- UAE Cybercrime Law
- UAE Advertising Standards
- UAE Data Protection Principles
- Alignment with global best practices in direct selling, e-commerce, marketing ethics, consumer transparency, product safety, and privacy protection.
- Consistency with DSA-style principles (Digital Services Act), including transparency, accountability, fair communication, and protection from deceptive commercial practices.
This Policy is binding on all KBOs, partners, agents, employees, and service providers of KK LABS operating in any country.

1.2 NATURE OF THE BUSINESS
KK LABS is a UAE-based company specializing in the development, manufacturing, international distribution, and commercialization of:
- Nutritional supplements
- Wellness products
- Skincare and cosmetic formulas
- Personal care innovations
- Health-support products designed under the highest quality and safety standards
KK LABS operates using a direct-distribution and performance-based reward system, allowing independent KBOs to promote and distribute products legally and ethically.
1.3 LEGAL NATURE OF A KBO (KK LABS BUSINESS OWNER)
A KBO is NOT an employee of KK LABS.
A KBO is legally classified as:
- An independent contractor
- Operating their own business
- Bearing responsibility for tax obligations applicable under UAE law or their local jurisdiction
- Responsible for all marketing content they create
- Required to comply with all KK LABS policies and UAE commercial regulations
A KBO does not:
- Represent themselves as an employee
- Claim salaries or employment benefits
- Bind the company to contracts
- Make unapproved statements or claims
A KBO must:
- Use only approved marketing materials
- Respect product claims regulations
- Follow UAE guidelines for health-related communication
- Respect brand integrity
- Conduct business ethically
1.4 DEFINITIONS
- “KK LABS”: Refers to the company headquartered in Dubai, UAE, including all subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorized branches.
- “KBO” / “KK LABS Business Owner”: An independent contractor authorized to sell KK LABS products.
- “Customer”: An end-user purchasing products for personal use.
- “Preferred Customer”: A registered customer with access to special prices or loyalty benefits.
- “Product Claims”: Any statement regarding efficacy, quality, results, or health benefits. Subject to UAE consumer law + global compliance standards.
- “Compensation Program”: The rewards system applicable to KBOs. Not employment, not investment.
- “DSA Principles”: Transparency, truthful communication, non-deceptive marketing, and consumer protection — used here as standards, not law.
- “Policy”: This document, which is binding on all members.
1.5 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Becoming a KBO requires:
- Reading and accepting this Policy
- Signing (physically or electronically) the KK LABS KBO Agreement
- Providing accurate identification information
- Complying with UAE regulatory requirements
- Renewing membership annually based on the Company’s terms
By registering, the KBO acknowledges that:
- This Policy forms part of a legally binding agreement
- Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination
- KK LABS may update the policy as needed to maintain legal and ethical standards
1.6 LANGUAGE
KK LABS operates globally, but the official and legally binding version of this Policy is the English version, based on UAE law.
Translations may be provided for convenience but do not replace the English version.
1.7 POLICY UPDATES
KK LABS reserves the right to update:
- Policies and Procedures
- Compensation Plan
- Marketing rules
- Product guidelines
- Legal requirements
Any modification becomes effective immediately once published on kklabs.com or communicated through official channels.
Failure to review updates does not exempt a KBO from compliance.
PART 2 — KBO REGISTRATION, ELIGIBILITY & CONTRACTUAL TERMS
2.0 Eligibility to Become a KK LABS Business Owner (KBO)
To ensure compliance with UAE law and international standards, an applicant must meet all criteria listed below.
2.0.1 Age Requirement
The applicant must be:
- At least 18 years of age, as required by UAE Civil Transaction Law for contractual capacity.
2.0.2 Legal Capacity
The applicant must:
- Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
- Not be under guardianship or legal restriction
- Not be banned from commercial activity under UAE law
2.0.3 Residency Status
The following individuals may become KBOs:
- UAE Residents (Emiratis and expatriates)
- Tourists (subject to UAE tax regulations)
- Residents of any country where KK LABS is permitted to operate
- Companies (LLC, FZE, FZCO, Sole Proprietorship)
2.0.4 Restrictions
The following cannot become KBOs without written approval:
- KK LABS employees
- Individuals working in compliance, legal, regulatory inspection, or consumer protection authorities
- Individuals legally prohibited from commercial activity
2.1 Registration Requirements
All new KBOs must complete:
2.1.1 KBO Application
Submitted online at kklabs.com or via authorized registration tools. Must include:
- Full name
- Nationality
- Passport or Emirates ID number
- Active email & mobile number
- Physical address
- Sponsor’s KBO ID
- Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions + Policies
2.1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Required for:
- Fraud prevention
- Money laundering prevention
- Compliance with UAE AML/CFT law
Accepted forms of ID:
- National ID
- Residence Permit
- Passport
- National ID
2.1.3 Accepting the KBO Agreement
The applicant must agree to:
- KK LABS Policies & Procedures
- The KBO Code of Conduct
- The Compensation Program
- Data Processing & Privacy Policy (UAE privacy principles)
- Anti-Money Laundering compliance declaration
Electronic signatures are fully valid under UAE Federal E-Transactions Law.
2.2 Independent Contractor Status
The KBO is an independent entrepreneur.
2.2.1 A KBO is NOT
- An employee of KK LABS
- A representative of the company
- An agent authorised to sign contracts on behalf of KK LABS
- Eligible for a salary, leave, medical insurance, or employee benefits
- Allowed to speak in the name of the company
2.2.2 A KBO IS
- Self-employed
- Responsible for their tax obligations
- Using the KK LABS model to earn performance-based income
- A reseller and promoter of KK LABS products
- Operating under their own responsibility
2.3 KBO Rights
KBOs are entitled to:
- Sell KK LABS products within the rules of the company
- Earn income through the compensation structure
- Sponsor new KBOs
- Access training, tools, events, and company materials
- Promote their KK LABS business ethically
- Receive customer service support
- Use authorized brand assets (with restrictions)
- Request assistance from Compliance & Legal
- Access the online back-office
2.4 KBO Responsibilities
The KBO must:
2.4.1 Operate ethically
No misleading information, exaggerated claims, or deceptive practices.
2.4.2 Respect UAE Regulations
Specifically:
- Advertising standards
- Consumer protection law
- Health & cosmetic claim restrictions
- Data privacy rules
- Tax obligations
2.4.3 Respect the KK LABS Brand
- Use only official marketing materials
- Never alter product labels or packaging
- Never create unauthorized brand pages
2.4.4 Ensure Professional Conduct
Including:
- Proper behavior online and offline
- No harassment or pressure sales
- Respectful competition
2.4.5 Comply with Company Policies
At all times, including:
- Code of Conduct
- Anti-money-laundering rules
- Product claim policy
- Ethical trade practices
- Customer returns policy
2.5 Sponsor Responsibilities
A sponsor must:
- Provide accurate information to prospects
- Conduct ethical recruitment
- Support new KBOs with onboarding
- Guide them through the KBO Agreement
- Explain product rules and company policies
- Avoid manipulation or false promises
- Never “steal” or “poach” prospects from others
- Maintain a professional environment
- Lead by example
Misconduct by a sponsor can result in termination of their position.
2.6 Acceptance of the Policy
By signing up, the KBO confirms that:
- They have read the entire KK LABS Policy
- They accept all rules and legal obligations
- They understand the consequences of non-compliance
- They commit to respecting UAE law and international best practices
- KK LABS may update the policy at any time
2.7 Effective Date of Registration
A new KBO becomes “Active” when:
- The application is fully submitted
- KYC documents are verified
- The sponsor is validated
- The account is approved by Compliance
KK LABS reserves the right to accept or refuse any application for any justified reason.
2.8 Term & Renewal
2.8.1 Duration
A KBO Agreement is valid for 12 months from the date of approval.
2.8.2 Renewal
To renew:
- KBO must remain in good standing
- Must not have compliance violations
- Must confirm updated profile and KYC
- Must accept any amended policies
Failure to renew results in:
- Account expiration
- Loss of team structure and sales volume
- Removal from commissions
2.9 Termination of a KBO Agreement
A KBO account may be terminated for:
- Policy violations
- Fraud
- Misconduct
- Illegal activities
- Making unauthorized product claims
- Negative behavior damaging KK LABS brand
- Manipulating the compensation system
- Poaching another KBO’s prospects
- Cyberbullying, harassment, or discrimination
KK LABS may terminate without prior warning if the violation is serious.
PART 3 — KBO CONDUCT STANDARDS, ETHICS & PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
3.0 Purpose
The purpose of this section is to ensure:
- Ethical, transparent, and compliant behavior by all KBOs
- Protection of KK LABS brand reputation
- Compliance with UAE law, international direct-selling standards (DSA), and best practices
3.1 General Conduct
3.1.1 Professional Behavior
- KBOs must maintain integrity, honesty, and fairness in all business interactions
- Misrepresentation of products, company policies, or compensation is strictly prohibited
- KBOs must not disparage KK LABS, its products, or fellow KBOs
3.1.2 Compliance with Law
- UAE Commercial Companies Law
- UAE Consumer Protection Law
- UAE E-Commerce Law
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) Laws
- Intellectual property and copyright laws
3.1.3 Respectful Communication
- KBOs must avoid offensive, discriminatory, or threatening language
- No harassment or intimidation of customers or fellow KBOs
- Social media conduct must reflect professionalism
3.2 Sales & Marketing Practices
3.2.1 Product Representation
- Only authorized, KK LABS-provided claims may be used
- Health & beauty product claims must comply with UAE Ministry of Health regulations
- No KBO may claim products can diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions
3.2.2 Marketing Materials
- Only company-approved brochures, images, videos, and content may be used
- Unauthorized use of KK LABS logos, branding, or marketing content is prohibited
- All digital advertisements must clearly identify the KBO as an independent contractor
3.2.3 Pricing & Discounts
- KBOs must not advertise below the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) without approval
- Promotions must follow KK LABS policies and UAE law regarding consumer protection
3.3 Meetings & Events
3.3.1 Hosting Requirements
- Events must be lawful, professional, and ethically conducted
- Charges for attendance must reflect actual costs; no excessive profit may be made
- KK LABS facilities may be used with prior authorization
3.3.2 Anti-Poaching
- KBOs must not attempt to persuade another KBO to terminate their agreement
- Recruitment must be ethical, honest, and respectful
3.4 Online & Digital Conduct
3.4.1 Approved Websites
- KBOs may only sell through KK LABS Webstore (www.kklabs.com) or approved personal websites
- Websites must comply with UAE e-commerce regulations, GDPR where applicable, and company policy
- Branding must clearly indicate “Independent KK LABS Business Owner”
3.4.2 Social Media
- KBOs may use social media for business only with authorized branding
- Must comply with platform terms and UAE advertising laws
- Must not create misleading impressions that they are official company representatives
3.4.3 Data Security
- KBOs must protect customer data using secure, encrypted systems
- Must comply with UAE Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021)
- No selling or sharing customer information without consent
3.5 Customer Interaction Standards
- Always act in the best interest of the customer
- Provide accurate, clear information about products, pricing, and shipping
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all customer information
- Handle complaints promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company returns policy
3.6 Disciplinary Action
Violation of Part 3 standards may result in:
- Warning or mandatory retraining
- Suspension of KBO privileges
- Reduction or withholding of commissions
- Termination of the KBO Agreement
- Legal action in cases of fraud or illegal activity
PART 4 — PRODUCTS SALES, RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
4.0 Product Sales
- KBOs may sell only authentic KK LABS products
- Resale must comply with UAE consumer protection and import laws
- Only SRP pricing is allowed unless authorized promotions are applied
4.1 Customer Returns
- Returns must be handled according to KK LABS policy
- Refunds processed within 14 business days
- KBOs responsible for ensuring accurate handling
4.2 Customer Support
KBOs must direct customers to KK LABS support channels:
4.3 Complaints Handling
- KBOs must document complaints and escalate unresolved issues to compliance@kklabsglobal.com
PART 5 — COMPENSATION & BONUS
5.0 Overview
KK LABS provides transparent, tiered incentives for KBOs:
- Retail Profit: 30% of SRP on direct sales
- Volume Bonus (VB): 3–13% on personal accredited sales of downline KBOs
- Leadership Bonus (LB): 2–6% of downline manager sales
- Chairman’s Bonus: annual incentive for top performers
5.1 Calculation of K Credits
- One K Credit = AED 835.75 SRP
- Personal, Preferred Customer, Non-Manager, and Leadership K Credits calculated monthly
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
- KBOs must be Active (minimum 4 K Credits/month)
- Must adhere to conduct standards
- Leadership bonuses apply only to qualified Managers
5.3 Payment Terms
- Bonuses paid monthly via approved payment methods
- Taxes and reporting are the responsibility of the KBO
PART 6 — COMPLIANCE, LEGAL & DATA PROTECTION
6.0 Compliance
KBOs must comply with:
- UAE Federal Laws & Regulations
- Direct Selling Association (DSA) Best Practices
- KK LABS internal policies
6.1 Legal Obligations
- Do not make unsubstantiated product claims
- Follow anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines
- Maintain GDPR/UAE Data Protection compliance
6.2 Monitoring & Audits
- KK LABS may audit sales, marketing materials, and online activity
- Non-compliance can result in suspension or termination

8.1 Website Standards
- KBOs may operate an Approved KBO Website under their own name only
- Must include the statement: “Independent KK LABS Business Owner” at all times
- Only KK LABS products may be displayed unless prior written approval is obtained
8.2 Website Design & Functionality
- Professionally designed and consistent with KK LABS branding
- Easy navigation with search functions and product categorization
- Optimized for all standard screen resolutions and browsers
- Must display KBO’s personal URL throughout the ordering process
- Link to www.kklabs.com must be clearly visible
- No linking to sites with illegal, infringing, obscene, or pornographic content
8.3 Security & Reliability
- Must be hosted on a reputable server with 99.9% uptime
- Encrypted payment gateways (minimum 128-bit SSL encryption)
- Customer data must comply with UAE Data Protection Law
8.4 Marketing on Websites
- Only company-approved content, images, and videos may be used
- Product descriptions must be authorized by KK LABS
- Claims must not suggest products can prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions
- Price, shipping, and returns policy must be clear and accurate
- Websites must include clear contact details for personal consultation
8.5 Third-Party Links and Advertisements
- No authorization for third-party deep linking or framing
- Electronic ads must clearly identify the KBO as independent
- Must not create confusion that the visitor is on the official KK LABS site
PART 9 — SOCIAL MEDIA & ONLINE ADVERTISING
9.0 General Principles
- KBOs may use social media for promotional purposes only with authorized KK LABS branding
- All posts must comply with UAE advertising laws and platform terms
- Must not make misleading claims about products, bonuses, or business opportunities
9.1 Social Media Pages
- Must clearly indicate ownership by an independent KBO
- May link to the KK LABS Webstore or the approved KBO website
- Responsible for all content posted by KBO or third parties on their pages
9.2 Online Advertisements
- Banners, display ads, and search engine ads must identify the source clearly
- Cannot misrepresent affiliation with KK LABS official website
- Must link directly to personal KBO webstore or approved KK LABS site
9.3 Customer Data & Privacy
- Must comply with UAE Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021)
- Customer information must be kept confidential
- Cannot sell, share, or misuse customer data
PART 10 — SALES, SHIPPING & CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES
10.0 Sales & Orders
- KBOs may sell only KK LABS products
- All sales must comply with UAE Consumer Protection Law and product registration regulations
- Orders must be fulfilled in a timely and professional manner
10.1 Customer Returns
- Returns handled according to KK LABS policy
- Refunds or exchanges processed within 14 business days
- KBO responsible for accurate and professional handling of returns
10.2 Payment & Security
Payments must be processed using secure, encrypted systems. KBOs must maintain a valid SSL certificate for online transactions. Credit card, bank transfers, and approved digital payment methods only.
10.3 Customer Support
KBOs must provide multiple channels for customer interaction:
- support@kklabsglobal.com — General support
- orders@kklabsglobal.com — Order inquiries
- returns@kklabsglobal.com — Return processing
- feedback@kklabsglobal.com — Customer feedback
- Must respond promptly and professionally
- Escalate unresolved issues to compliance@kklabsglobal.com
10.4 Record-Keeping & Reporting
- KBOs must maintain accurate sales and inventory records
- Monthly sales records may be requested by KK LABS for verification
- All records must be available for inspection by KK LABS upon reasonable notice
10.5 Shipping & Delivery
- KBOs responsible for shipping orders to customers
- Delivery must meet the usual quality and timeliness standards
- Shipping information and estimated delivery times must be provided to the customer
PART 11 — KK LABS BUSINESS OWNER CONDUCT & ETHICS
11.0 Truthfulness & Transparency
- KBOs must provide accurate information when prospecting, both in person and online
- No exaggerated claims about products, the marketing plan, or potential earnings
- Medical claims are strictly prohibited
- Misleading income projections are forbidden
11.1 Loyalty & Professionalism
- KBOs must act with loyalty to KK LABS, its staff, and fellow KBOs
- Gossip, criticism, or internal politics are prohibited
- KBOs are expected to present themselves as proud professional direct sellers
11.2 Leadership & Mentorship
- KBOs must teach their downline proper networking principles and ethical conduct
- Display a positive attitude and foster cooperation within teams
- Lead by example by sponsoring new KBOs and achieving monthly 4 K Credits
11.3 Support & Community
- Provide assistance to fellow KBOs and their teams to promote a vibrant business community
- Attend company events whenever possible and encourage team participation
PART 12 — COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES
12.0 Adherence to Policies
- KBOs must comply with KK LABS Company Policies, Code of Professional Conduct, and UAE law
- Misuse or violation of policies can result in termination of rights to sell KK LABS products
- Policies may be amended; changes become effective 30 days after posting on www.kklabs.com
12.1 Reporting & Problem Resolution
- Issues must be addressed personally and escalated through proper channels
- Social media posting of internal conflicts is prohibited
- Contact Regional Sales Director/Area Sales Manager or compliance@kklabsglobal.com for guidance
PART 13 — PRODUCT PURCHASE & INVENTORY CONTROL
13.0 Inventory Management
- KBOs should purchase product inventory appropriate for personal consumption and direct sales
- Excessive buying is discouraged
- KBOs must not induce others to buy excessively
13.1 Product Integrity
- Only promote KK LABS products unless written approval is obtained
- Unauthorized sale of non-KK LABS products is prohibited
- Advertising below Suggested Retail Price (SRP) is forbidden
PART 14 — EVENT & MEETING CONDUCT
14.0 Company Events
- KBOs should attend and promote company events
- Events, seminars, webinars, or meetings should not exceed reasonable cost for participation
- Invitations to fellow KBOs are encouraged to foster learning and networking
14.1 Ethical Event Practices
- KBOs must not attempt to induce another KBO to terminate or reduce business activity
- Events should reflect the prestigious brand image of KK LABS
PART 15 — ADVERTISING & PROMOTION
15.0 Digital & Offline Marketing
All marketing must comply with UAE advertising laws, DSA code, and international best practices:
- Product images, descriptions, and marketing materials must be company-approved
- Misleading claims are prohibited
15.1 Website & Social Media
- KBOs must maintain clear identification as independent KBO
- Links to official KK LABS Webstore are required
- Deep linking or framing by third parties is prohibited
PART 16 — CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
16.0 Contact & Support
Provide multiple customer service channels:
16.1 Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints, returns, and refunds
- Adhere to UAE Consumer Protection Law
- Maintain records of interactions for audit purposes
PART 17 — SALES RECORDS & REPORTING
17.0 Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and customer records
- Reports may be requested by KK LABS at any time
- Personal and team sales must be tracked monthly
17.1 Compliance & Audit
- KBOs must provide access to records upon reasonable notice
- Misrepresentation of sales or inventory may result in termination
PART 18 — BONUSES & COMPENSATION
18.0 Overview
Compensation based on sales activity and team performance. Bonuses include:
- Personal Bonus: 5–18% of SRP from personal retail sales
- Preferred Customer Bonus: 5–18% of SRP from personally sponsored customers
- Volume Bonus (VB): 3–13% from non-manager downline sales
- Leadership Bonus (LB): 2–6% from downline managers
18.1 Incentives
- Earned Incentive (K2Drive): additional 36-month payment for qualifying KBOs
- Earned Trip: travel award for qualifying KBOs
- Chairman’s Bonus and other leadership incentives based on structured sales performance
PART 19 — SPONSORSHIP & DOWNLINE MANAGEMENT
19.0 Ethical Sponsoring
- KBOs must sponsor individuals under the KBO who introduced them
- No interference with other KBOs’ prospects
- Maintain accurate records of sponsorship and team growth
19.1 Leadership Responsibilities
- Mentor and support downline KBOs
- Promote ethical practices, personal development, and compliance
PART 20 — LEGAL & COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
20.0 Regulatory Compliance
KBOs must adhere to:
- UAE Federal Laws:
- Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 (Data Protection)
- Federal Law No. 15/2020 (Consumer Protection)
- E-commerce and online retail regulations
- International best practices (DSA Code of Ethics, GDPR compliance where applicable)
20.1 Intellectual Property
- KK LABS trademarks, service marks, and product images may not be used without written permission
- Unauthorized use of content may result in termination and legal action
PART 21 — PRODUCT SALES & WEBSTORE USAGE
21.0 Approved Webstore
- KBOs may sell KK LABS products only through the official Webstore (www.kklabs.com) or Company-approved independent websites
- Independent sites must receive written authorization from KK LABS two months prior to launch
- Websites must clearly identify the owner as an independent KBO
21.1 Website Requirements
- Must be professionally designed to reflect the brand image of KK LABS
- Use only company-approved images, product descriptions, and marketing materials
- Websites must provide:
- Product catalog with SRP pricing
- Secure payment methods (AES 128-bit encryption minimum)
- Return and refund policies compliant with UAE Consumer Protection Law
21.2 Prohibited Web Practices
- Misrepresentation of KK LABS products or income potential
- Advertising below Suggested Retail Price (SRP)
- Use of company trademarks in domain names without written approval
- Unauthorized linking, framing, or deep-linking by third parties
PART 22 — MARKETING & ADVERTISING STANDARDS
22.0 Advertising Compliance
- All marketing must comply with UAE Federal Laws and DSA Code of Ethics
- KBOs must ensure digital and offline marketing does not mislead consumers
- Social media must clearly identify KBO ownership and link to official Webstore
22.1 Approved Materials
- Product images, videos, and printed materials must be company-supplied or approved
- KBOs cannot create or distribute marketing content without written approval
- All online advertisements must link to KK LABS Webstore or approved KBO site
22.2 Event Marketing
- All events, webinars, and seminars must maintain brand integrity
- Participation fees should only cover reasonable break-even costs

- Only use approved payment systems
- Avoid storing sensitive customer payment data locally

PART 30 — PENALTIES & ENFORCEMENT
30.0 Policy Violations
Violations of company policies can result in:
- Suspension or termination of KBO license
- Loss of right to sell KK LABS products
- Legal remedies including damages claims

- KK LABS may investigate potential violations at any time
- KBOs will be notified of violations and given an opportunity to respond
- Final decisions rest with KK LABS Executive Leadership
PART 31 — PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS

- KBOs must provide customers with a clear, accessible return policy
- Customers have the right to cancel or return products within the timeframe specified by UAE Consumer Protection Law
- KBOs are responsible for processing returns and refunds promptly
